2. All sales are wholesale only and for resale. You represent by placing an order and/or applying for an account
that the merchandise is not for personal use.
3. No Price Protection or Stock Rotation. musicalinstrumentswholesale.com does not offer any type of price protection or stock
rotation. We often change prices suddenly and without notice.
4. All items are described to the best of our ability. Pictures are for representation use only and may not be of the
actual product.
6. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or our services shall be settled by binding
arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any
such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any
arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in tarrant county, texas, and judgment on the the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Either you or musicalinstrumentswholesale.com may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in
tarrant county, texas necessary to protect the rights or property of you or musicalinstrumentswholesale.com pending the completion
of arbitration.
7. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Texas as such laws are
applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Texas between Texas residents.
8. All orders are subject to minimum shipping and handling charge that may change from time to time.
9. Any drop shipped order is subject to a drop ship charge that may change from time to time. Currently the
charge is $3 per order that is NOT entered via our webform.
10. No items or conditions of purchase orders different from the terms of musicalinstrumentswholesale.com will be in effect.
I agree to all terms set forth in the dealership terms of sales. I further agree to changes in the terms of
sale by placing of an order.

Buyer is responsible for the return of merchandise. 
Refunds for merchandise subject to $5 restocking fee, seller may wave fee based on circuimstances.
Original Shipping is non refundable unless approved by seller.
